DUBAI/TEHRAN (Bloomberg) -- Royal Dutch Shell Plc, Europe’s biggest oil company, may pipe gas into the United Arab Emirates from Iran as the U.S. presses the international community to enforce sanctions to halt Tehran’s nuclear program.
